The customer service claims that they can only do what policy states per the hotel you stayed at. The hotels dont have any management over the general manager at the hotels so there isnt anyone to keep the staff standards up to par. Unacceptable customer service.

Deplorable hotels and no help trying to get a refund so I could go on to another hotel
Section 8 and drug users were all over the hotel and I was afraid for my safety

Hotels.com tried to help with resolving the issue. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate due to the government shutdown.

Awful at first cause nowhere on the online pages I was directed to could I find an issue that fit my problem. Once I got the phone number through pissed consumer it was great. Got help immediately and issue was resolved

Worst experience! They knew we didnt stay because they couldn’t find a code and we had to drive out 1 1/2 hours for a bed that night. They originally denied our refund, even with insurance, and it took me over an hour and after I finally got to a manager after not taking their *** answers I finally got a refund. I will NEVER use their service again and will tell everyone I know not to use them as well

I have spoken to two different agents to resolve an issue with a reservation. I thought that the first agent had eliminated the problem until I saw on the hotel.com website that my reservation issue had not be resolved. The second agent was not able to solve my problem.
