I cannot check in without email. Money has been deducted from my account and I can’t get to speak to anyone in hotels.com, what am I supposed to do???

I need my reservation for today not tomorrow

I booked my hotel for tonight in Kingston Ontario Canada and put in the wrong date. Cam you help sort this out for me please

Why can’t you give us our rewards points back when the app went ahead used those without approval? We wanted to pay with our card and save our points.

My husband sat on the phone for over an hour to get it fixed just for u to say there isn’t anything you can do..when he want even asked if he wanted to pay with the points or with a card. That is t fair…those points are for our family trips.

I had to cancel my hotel reservation at Towne Place Suites in Bowie Md due to illness. Can I got a courtesy refund?

On the 24th of April are used hotels.com to book a room at the Village Hotel Swansea. I paid an amount of £94 but when we arrived at the hotel the room had not been booked. Luckily they did have a room spare but we had to pay £127 for this room I would like to reclaim the £94 that I originally paid.

I did not receive any confirmation on the reservation. Did my reservation go through? I received a transaction number from my credit card.

Somebody use my card on March 27 I did not book the hotel I was in Florida so I need my refund I called the vagabond hotel in San Diego and they said that someone took out from hotels.com which I never used you before so please can I get my money back it’s for $99

I am booked for a hotel in Waikiki and as a silver member with the booking it comes with free Valet parking. Will the hotel know this and if not how do I collect it

Every time I try to open it, it says wrong password and when I change the password, I still get the same message. I know I have one or two free nights and can’t use them.

I tried to stay at the inlet in Anchorage but the room was so disgusting and cold that I only stayed about 2 hours at the most and was charged 155 dollar for what freezing to death and a smelly room. Clearly the pictures are mislead when travel you look for a nice clean comfortable room to get some rest.

I booked the wrong city for my stay I would like to cancel before the 24 hours and books different hotel

I went to your website and clicked on Manage Booking to cancel my reservation about 30 minutes after I did the reservation and the Virtual Chat person came up and asked if I wanted to cancel and I typed back Yes, cancel and my card was still charged.

I have been trying to book for multiple days but it will not let me.
