Not happy with stay, or lack there of

Not happy with stay, or lack there of... I try to stay in Charleston and when I got to the hotel, they said they had no record of me staying there so I did not have a room. I gave them my name and the confirmation number but they said that didnt help because they did not have my name and the confirmation number was hotels.com confirmation number. So I had to go stay in another hotel, however I paid for that night and was not able to stay there. Please advise

Hotels .com got me for 213 dollars i booked 2 rooms and within seconds cancelled it and have yet to talk to anyone live...all virtual agents...I will get my money I've done contacted attorney General for the state..

ImGetting in touch with somebody finally after a week or two at hotels.com and then theyre gonna put me right back on to the customer service line which I never got answered and the last one or two weeks trying to get my information trying to get my money trying to get my refund they said it to the wrong card please somebody help me

Telephone call was junk

Lack of gift card knowledge,,)the person I was talking to at first was no help, it sounded like Iveas taking to somebody at home

Never got a confirmation

I am looking for my confirmation for my stay in Alva Oklahoma on Feb 3-6 at Days Inn by Wyndham. It was made through Hotels.com and I cannot find the confirmation number for it. I need to cancel this reservation.

My cancelled booking was charged

Due to testing positive for covid- 19, I had to cancel my trip and hotel. I tried calling to explain and figure out things, but I got an automated service, and I couldn't figure out how to change my hotel days. My only option was to cancel.I am being charged a fee of 108.96 for canceling. I don't believe that even it is my fault. Their cancellation policy doesn't consider covid19 pandemic

I made a reservation and used my earned FREE night certificate. When we arrived at the hotel, it was in complete disrepair- doing renovations. 4 Points Sheraton in Houston. The only working elevator rattledand shook. Very unsafely and scary. I contacted Hotels.com...

Canelation due to military restrictions

I literally could not make the reservation due to a military order and Hotel.com wanted to keep over 800.00 dollars for nothing. I had to call the actual lodge I was going to stay at to get the refund. The person that tried to help me was very nice but couldnt do anything because his hands were tied and supervisor was rude and wouldnt hear of giving a refund to a military person.

Dispute

On October 23, 2021, I reserved 2 rooms at Days Inn by Wyndham in Kissimmee through hotels.com. After accepting my reservation and charging my card, the hotel called me and stated that they dont have the 2 rooms that I require and that if I needed both rooms that Id have to make other accommodations. Since I required both rooms, I revisited hotels.com and booked another hotel with two rooms. After review my bank statement, I noticed that I was still charged for the first hotel also even though they couldnt honor the reservation. I tried calling the hotel directly no fewer than 6 times but never got anyone to answer the phone and hotels.com said that they couldnt help me. Stay away from this website

User's recommendation: Do not use hotels.com. They will not support you if one of their hotels steal from you.

hotels.com is the worst thing Ive ever had to deal with. He has put me in the worst room Ive ever seen the Hotel Shiert Panda ummmm doubt you guys Thomas be 50% off my next day and now were not giving it to me your company is horrible you should be ashamed of yourself

Scammer Alert on Hotels.com

When I call to get Hotels.com at 800-492-**** which was hard to even get a live person to request matching a room rate on booking.com the agent was unable to assist and transferred me to a supervisor who claimed he booked the room at the rate from booking.com and was give me credits. He said his agent # was ARX100C gave email address JJBUSTER17@***.com I followed his instructions thinking I was still on hotel.com but soon figured out he was a scammer trying to take funds from my bank account but he was unsuccessful and disconnected the phone call. Note when checking numbers to my account the following numbers appeared on my phone not of which must have been transferred from the Hotels.com agent. The numbers are 804-587-**** (Callao VA) and 805-912-**** (Bradley CA).

User's recommendation: Don’t trust who you are speaking with on hotels.com.

All my nights are gone for my rewards

Its ok sometimes my rewards nights keep disappearing after booking is complete not showing past booking its as if you hotel.com is just becoming scammer like every one else

Mis leading

Mis leading. You go online book a hotel that is actually closed and then they take you to a hotel that is less rated and then they act like they did you a favor. Hotels.com is to blame as well for allowing this you guys are in it together.

Fraud on my bank account was created by trying to pay for a room on hotels.com

The website has basically been hacked and there is no way to contact them except by writing a review they used to have a phone number you could call but the one they have now is in Auckland New Zealand and I can't call there with my cell phone. My bank account was hacked for $99 plus I lost $77 and points and another $36 in cash trying to rent a room for the night.

A senior agent tried to get me to spend ANOTHER $1000 on a technicality with my Covid cancellation and i cannot reach jay in the San Jose office. The number we were on hung up on me and when I called back the manager was all the sudden not in service. Now the customer service number hangs up on me immediately. This is REALLY unnerving to say the least

The answer is No. Using your format we have again gone to them today. Covid 19 prevented us travelling between Bermuda and England to Guernsey for a holiday in the Spring of 2020 (booking ref 900510****575) and we would like a refund.

Refund not processed

Good Day, last wednesday, I booked the incorrect date for check-in, I logged to cancel and an agent contacted the property who agreed to waiver and refund. I did go to the property, she agreed to waiver with no problems. instead of booking the 5th of January, i booked the 12th of January. The agent responded on and advised the refund will be done on the 6th of January. i just checked and no refund was done. My confirmation number was 917897****518. Please advise urgently
